Innovation 4 Agriculture (i4Ag) Fund

The i4Ag fund for the Promotion of Innovation in Agriculture Commissioned by Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) Implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) promotes innovation in agriculture. i4Ag operates within 5 topic areas:

1. Mechanization
2. Digitalization
3. Energy
4. Agricultural Research
5. Private Sector

Target Area: Partner countries of BMZ in Africa and/or Asia

Sector: Agriculture, energy access and/or digitalization.

The funding is for a duration of max. 3 years with the funding volume being demand-oriented.
