B-Space create a pipeline of investor ready social businesses through tailored business development support. They do this through a team of coaches and consultants from various disciplines. Together with the entrepreneur, they develop a tailor-made roadmap with aspects of his/her business operations that he/she needs to work on, in order to make his/her business investor ready and increase his/her change of getting access to finance ánd allocate it accordingly.

A SUNREF technical assistance program generally comprises:The development of communication and information tools;The creation of a portfolio of energy efficiency and renewable energy subprojects eligible for the credit line;Capacity building for the different actors and knowledge transfers ù

When necessary they provide technical assistance, delivered through partner service providers, selected depending on the specific need

Investment companies in the energy portfolio will have an annual Core Insights Lean Data project which focuses on understanding customer value proposition, fundamental customer insights, and poverty profile of customers. Every other year, companies will have an Energy Essentials Lean Data project which tracks impact aligned with the sector harmonized impact metrics (GOGLA).
